To ensure a smooth process, please note the following conditions for returns:
- Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached and in new, unused
condition.
- Additionally, receipt or proof of purchase is required when returning an item.
Once it's received and it passes our quality checks, we will issue a store credit for the
product value (minus shipping cost).
This credit note is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and is applicable on all our
products.

The credit note should be redeemed all at once. If you use the code for any value below the
code amount, the entire code is void and the balance amount cannot be redeemed in any
other way.
Products bought using a credit code are not applicable for returns or exchanges.
